Dr. Hart is a 3rd generation Carroll County native who graduated from Westminster High in 1984 and from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) in 1988. When not practicing Audiology, Dr. Hart enjoys spending time with her family sailing, hiking, biking and camping, often in their vintage VW Vanagon camper.
